REGISTRATION FORM
Our studio has open registration year round.  Students pay a registration fee of $50.00 once every year.  This is usually at the beginning of the school year in September. This fee covers some of the administration and insurance costs.  Class tuition is a monthly payment and is based on hours of classes a student takes per week. 

Private and Semi Private lessons are available at an hourly rate and are scheduled independently with the instructors.  If you are interested in private lessons, contact your instructor or Shely.
